The Sportime VB-Trainer is 40 percent lighter and 25 percent larger than a regulation volleyball for beginner players. Plus, its softer exterior is made that to take the sting out of repetitive skill drills and eliminate the fear out of getting hit. Slower moving ball allows time to get in position, track the ball, and make the correct play. Ball is machine-stitched synthetic leather with polyurethane bladder for shape retention.
